We are seeking a talented and passionate Motion Designer / Animator to join our creative team in Hamburg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring compelling visual stories to life for our diverse range of clients, working entirely within an English-speaking environment. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms, from digital campaigns and social media content to broadcast spots and corporate videos. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning motion graphics and animations from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and other team members to understand project requirements and bring ideas to life.
• Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize and communicate animation concepts effectively.
• Ensure all designs and animations align with client brand guidelines, project objectives, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and animation to propose innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Provide creative input and contribute actively during brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
• Prepare final assets for various platforms and delivery formats.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing diverse motion design and animation work.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for daily communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
• Knowledge of UI/UX animation principles and interaction design.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related creative field.
• Previous experience working in an advertising agency or a fast-paced creative studio environment.
• German language skills are a plus but not a requirement for this English-speaking role.
