We are seeking a dedicated Global Mobility Specialist – HR Support to join our team in Magdeburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless international transfer of our employees, providing crucial HR support for all aspects of global mobility. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication skills to support our diverse global workforce.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Coordinate and manage various aspects of global employee assignments, transfers, and relocations.
- Assist employees with visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Support the end-to-end relocation logistics, including housing, schooling, and cultural assimilation, by liaising with external vendors.
- Provide expert guidance and clarification on global mobility policies, procedures, and benefits to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee mobility data in HR information systems.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, legal teams, payroll, and tax departments to ensure integrated support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to global mobility, offering comprehensive solutions.
- Prepare and review necessary documentation for assignments, including letters of assignment, agreements, and immigration applications.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Fluent proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse employee base and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Previous experience (2+ years) in a global mobility, HR generalist, or HR support role within a large, international organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP or Workday.
- Basic understanding of international immigration laws, tax implications for expatriates, and global compensation principles.
- Additional language proficiency would be a plus.
