Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Manager to lead our digital retail brand initiatives in Frankfurt. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our online sales strategy, from website optimization and digital marketing to customer experience and performance analysis. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring a seamless online shopping journey for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a passion for fashion and technology.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end customer journey on the website, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze website performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Lead product catalog management, merchandising, and promotional activities on the e-commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage e-commerce budgets and forecast sales projections.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital retail.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry.
  • Knowledge of German e-commerce market specifics.
