We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Mobile Games Producer to join our dynamic team in Zurich. As a Mobile Games Producer, you will be instrumental in guiding our mobile game development projects from concept to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and a high-quality player experience. This role requires an English Native speaker with strong leadership and communication skills, ready to drive innovation in the mobile gaming space within a hybrid work environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage the full development lifecycle of mobile game projects, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and risk management.
• Act as the primary point of contact between development teams, art, design, engineering, QA, marketing, and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all disciplines, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project health and product success.
• Drive a culture of quality, ensuring all games meet high standards for playability, stability, and player engagement.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and market conditions, making informed decisions to maximize project potential.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 5+ years of experience in mobile game development, with at least 3 years in a Producer or Project Manager role.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple mobile game titles.
• Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the mobile gaming market, platforms, and player behaviors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Game Production, Computer Science, Business).
• Experience with live operations and post-launch content updates for mobile games.
• Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Fluency in German or Swiss German is a plus.
