Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our Corporate Clients team in Basel. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice on complex insurance solutions, and fostering long-term relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and connecting them with the most suitable risk management and insurance products.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze client insurance needs.
• Structure and negotiate complex insurance programs with insurers.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products, including Property, Casualty, Marine, Cyber, and Employee Benefits.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.
• Collaborate internally with underwriters, claims specialists, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Handle renewals, policy adjustments, and claims inquiries efficiently.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, specifically with corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Insurance (e.g., eidg. Fachausweis Versicherungsfachfrau/mann).
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with international insurance programs.
• Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
