We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English-speaking Regulatory Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team in Glattbrugg. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to shape and oversee compliance frameworks within a global financial services leader. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our operations adhere to local and international regulatory standards, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. You will work closely with various business units and legal teams to provide expert guidance and leadership on complex regulatory matters.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust regulatory compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor changes in Swiss, EU, and international regulations relevant to the insurance and financial services sectors and advise stakeholders on their impact.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, identify potential areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide expert compliance advice and training to business units, senior management, and the Board.
• Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations, managing relationships with supervisory authorities.
• Drive a strong ethical and compliance culture through clear communication and effective training initiatives.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the financial services or insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss and relevant international financial regulations (e.g., FINMA, GDPR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.

• Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
