We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English-speaking Regulatory Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team in Glattbrugg. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to shape and oversee compliance frameworks within a global financial services leader. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our operations adhere to local and international regulatory standards, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. You will work closely with various business units and legal teams to provide expert guidance and leadership on complex regulatory matters.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust regulatory compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor changes in Swiss, EU, and international regulations relevant to the insurance and financial services sectors and advise stakeholders on their impact.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, identify potential areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide expert compliance advice and training to business units, senior management, and the Board.
- Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations, managing relationships with supervisory authorities.
- Drive a strong ethical and compliance culture through clear communication and effective training initiatives.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the financial services or insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss and relevant international financial regulations (e.g., FINMA, GDPR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma in Compliance).
- Proficiency in German or another major European language.
- Experience with compliance technology and data analytics tools.
