We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Driver with C/CE license to join our team in Pforzheim. This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods across regional and national routes. A key aspect of this position is effective communication with our dispatch team, primarily in English, to ensure smooth operations and timely updates. You will operate modern vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations, contributing to our reputation for reliability and excellence in logistics.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Safely operate heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) with C/CE licenses for regional and national transport.
• Transport goods efficiently and securely, adhering to delivery schedules.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, maintain the cleanliness of the truck, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes, manifests, and digital tachograph records.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety procedures.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and unloaded correctly to prevent damage.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Valid C/CE driving license with current CPC qualification (Module 95)
• Professional driving experience as a truck driver (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and driving hours.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
• Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• ADR certificate for dangerous goods transport (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Experience with specific vehicle types relevant to DHL Freight operations.
• Basic German language skills for local interactions.
