We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our production team as a Guitar String Winder. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise winding of guitar strings, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency that Thomastik-Infeld is known for. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a passion for musical craftsmanship. No prior German language skills are required, as our factory environment is supportive and multilingual, with primary communication in English for this role.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate specialized machinery for winding guitar strings according to exact specifications.
• Monitor the winding process to ensure consistent tension, pitch, and quality.
• Perform quality checks on finished strings, identifying and rectifying any imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of winding equipment as needed.
• Document production data and quality control results accurately.
