Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Medical Device Kitter to join our manufacturing team in Uster. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing components and sub-assemblies for our life-saving medical devices. This position does not require any knowledge of the German language; all training and day-to-day operations will be conducted in English. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately pick and kit components according to bill of materials and work orders.
• Perform visual inspections of components for damage or defects.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Utilize electronic systems for tracking inventory and work orders.
• Ensure all kitting processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with material handling and cycle counts as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• No German language proficiency required.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or kitting environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
