Join our team as a Soybean Harvest Helper for the upcoming season! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to assist with the manual and machine-assisted harvesting of soybeans in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. No prior experience is necessary, and you do not need to speak German – our diverse team includes English-speaking supervisors and colleagues. This temporary role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in agricultural work, enjoy the outdoors, and contribute to the vital food supply chain. Training will be provided on-site to ensure you are confident and capable in your tasks.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the manual harvesting of soybean crops, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Operate and monitor basic agricultural equipment under supervision (e.g., small tractors, forklifts, harvest aids).
• Sort, clean, and package harvested soybeans according to specific guidelines.
• Perform general farm duties, including field preparation and maintenance as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills in English.
