Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Marketing team, focusing on Email Automation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with our global audience. You will support the team in setting up, testing, and analyzing automated email flows, contributing directly to lead nurturing and customer engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing automation within a leading international technology company. Fluency in German is NOT required for this position.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of email automation workflows and sequences.
• Support the development and implementation of new email templates and content.
• Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize performance.
• Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights.
• Ensure email compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email strategies with broader business objectives.
• Perform data segmentation and list management to target specific audience groups.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and automation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly email marketing and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience or coursework related to email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
• Previous internship or working student experience in a marketing role.
