Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the maintenance and optimization of sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and performance analyses to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
• Help streamline sales processes and documentation, identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with various internal departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Product Management, to facilitate sales initiatives.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
• Contribute to the development and update of sales enablement materials and tools.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Operations team as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
