We are seeking an ambitious and globally-minded Brand Manager to join our team in Graz, Austria. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing brand strategies across international markets, ensuring Red Bull’s consistent and impactful presence worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, capable of navigating diverse cultural landscapes and driving brand growth on a global scale. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different regions.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and implement global brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market specificities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in various international markets.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure effective localization and implementation of global strategies.
- Manage brand budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Monitor brand health, track key performance indicators, and report on brand equity and market share.
- Identify new product development opportunities and contribute to the innovation pipeline for global markets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all global touchpoints.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in a global or international capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful brand strategies.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
