Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to join our dynamic HR Strategy team in Stuttgart. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge organizational development initiatives that align with our global business strategy. You will collaborate closely with HR leaders and business units to enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and manage complex change processes across various departments. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage complex change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.
- Provide expert consultation and coaching to HR business partners and senior leaders on organizational design, culture, and employee engagement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on OD topics, including team effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic planning.
- Conduct organizational assessments, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD interventions and report on ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in organizational development and HR strategy.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles, culture transformation, and talent management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI) or organizational development.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organizational structure.
- Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher).
- Experience with HR analytics platforms and organizational diagnostic tools.
