We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Speaking Legal Consultant to join our growing team in Konstanz. This hybrid role will involve providing expert legal advice and support to a diverse client base, focusing on international business law, compliance, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging their legal expertise to develop practical and innovative solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide legal advice and support on national and international legal matters, with a focus on corporate law, commercial law, and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, preparing clear and concise legal opinions and reports.
• Assist clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing PwC's legal expertise.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, particularly those impacting international business.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German.
• Qualified lawyer in Germany (Volljurist or similar) or an equivalent jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, or compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Master's degree (LL.M.) in international business law or a related field.
