Stellenbeschreibung

As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, modeling, texturing, and integrating high-quality 3D assets for both game environments and visual effects. You will work closely with art directors, game designers, and technical artists to ensure that all assets meet artistic vision, technical specifications, and project deadlines. Your expertise will directly impact the visual fidelity and immersive quality of our upcoming titles.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Create high-quality 3D models (props, characters, environments) from concepts or references.
• Develop detailed textures and materials using industry-standard tools.
• Implement and optimize 3D assets within game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
• Design and implement engaging visual effects (VFX) for in-game events, spells, and environmental elements.
• Collaborate with art, design, and programming teams to ensure visual consistency and technical feasibility.
• Iterate on assets based on feedback from art directors and team leads.
• Maintain a high level of artistic quality and technical accuracy across all deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, software, and techniques.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows and texture creation (e.g., Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Photoshop).
• Demonstrable experience with real-time game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
• Solid portfolio showcasing strong artistic ability, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience creating various types of 3D assets, including props, environments, and possibly characters.
• Proven ability to create compelling visual effects (VFX).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for international team collaboration.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in the gaming or VFX industry.

• Experience with procedural asset generation tools (e.g., Houdini).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) for pipeline optimization.
• Experience with photogrammetry techniques.
