Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Switzerland, with a preference for candidates based in the Gland region. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the affiliate landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with partners, and deliver measurable results.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across various channels and verticals.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Manage the affiliate budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliate partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and brand guidelines within the affiliate program.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within e-commerce.
• Proven track record of managing and growing successful affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with international affiliate programs.
• Familiarity with the Swiss e-commerce market.
• Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian).
