We are seeking dedicated and motivated Alfalfa Field Workers to join our agricultural team in the Vienna region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to work outdoors and contribute to the cultivation of essential agricultural crops. No prior experience in alfalfa farming is required; we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You will be an integral part of our field operations, performing various tasks crucial for the successful growth and harvesting of alfalfa. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to alfalfa cultivation, including planting, weeding, thinning, and irrigation.
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision, such as small tractors, mowers, or balers.
• Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
• Assist with the harvesting of alfalfa crops, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Participate in general field maintenance, including fence repair, debris removal, and tool upkeep.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and seasonal production goals.
