Accenture is seeking a motivated and analytical Anthropology Intern to join our remote data team. This unique internship offers an exceptional opportunity to apply anthropological theories and methodologies to real-world data challenges in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will contribute to projects by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from a cultural and social perspective, helping us uncover deeper insights into human behavior, user experience, and market trends. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to collaborate with a diverse global team from your chosen location. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in anthropology, a keen interest in data science, and excellent communication skills.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct ethnographic research, including remote interviews, surveys, and content analysis, to gather qualitative data.
• Assist in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of diverse datasets, applying anthropological frameworks.
• Contribute to the interpretation of cultural patterns, social structures, and user behaviors from data.
• Prepare detailed research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists, strategists, and consultants to integrate anthropological insights into project deliverables.
• Develop and refine research methodologies tailored for remote data collection and analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Anthropology, Sociology, Ethnography, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of anthropological theories, research methods, and ethical considerations.
• Proficiency in qualitative data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with quantitative data analysis concepts and basic statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with specific qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti).
• Familiarity with user research (UX) methodologies or market research.
• Experience with remote data collection tools and platforms.
