We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Barley Farm Assistant to join our team in Bottrop, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in modern agricultural practices, even without prior German language skills. You will be an integral part of our barley cultivation operations, assisting with various tasks to ensure successful harvests and farm maintenance. We value dedication, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with all stages of barley cultivation, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision (e.g., tractors, harvesters, seeders).
• Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to the farm manager.
• Perform general farm maintenance, including fence repair, cleaning, and upkeep of farm buildings.
• Assist with loading and unloading agricultural products and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Participate in farm inventory management and record-keeping.
