We are seeking highly skilled and discreet individuals to join our Close Protection team as Bodyguards. This challenging and rewarding role involves safeguarding clients from potential threats, ensuring their personal safety, and maintaining a secure environment in various high-stakes situations. The successful candidate will be expected to operate with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, protecting prominent individuals, corporate executives, and their families.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide close protection to clients, ensuring their safety and security in all environments.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop detailed security plans for assignments.
• Perform advance work and route reconnaissance to identify potential threats and safe zones.
• Implement protective measures, including evasive driving, defensive tactics, and emergency response.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Operate and maintain specialized security equipment and vehicles.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and client staff as required.
• Prepare comprehensive incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Adhere strictly to all legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to close protection services.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in close protection, military special forces, or law enforcement.
• Valid German 'Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO' certificate.
• Excellent physical fitness and demonstrable self-defense skills.
• Strong observational and analytical skills for threat assessment.
• Valid driving license (Class B, ideally with advanced driving qualifications).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel extensively.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Certification in Advanced First Aid or Combat Lifesaver.
• Experience with international close protection operations.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Knowledge of local security protocols and networks in Baden-Württemberg.
• Tactical firearms proficiency (if legally permitted and required for specific assignments).
