Are you passionate about empowering individuals and driving organizational growth through effective learning solutions? UBS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our Staff Development team in La Chaux-de-Fonds. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate interactive workshops, ensuring our staff are equipped to meet current and future business challenges. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses across different departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design and develop engaging, relevant, and effective training materials, including presentations, workbooks, exercises, and job aids.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate interactive learning environments that encourage participation, collaboration, and practical application of knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices in adult education and corporate training.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees post-training to reinforce learning and ensure application of new skills.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or Staff Development Specialist.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong instructional design capabilities with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training content for various formats.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and virtual training platforms.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) or adult education.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry or a large corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
