Join our dedicated harvest crew as a Cotton Field Worker, contributing to the crucial initial stages of cotton production. This role involves manual labor in an outdoor agricultural setting, focusing on the efficient and careful harvesting of cotton crops during peak season. You will be an integral part of a team committed to quality and productivity, ensuring a successful harvest. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of cotton plants, ensuring quality and minimizing damage to the crop.
• Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
• Sort and pack harvested cotton into designated containers.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the field.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvest targets.
• Assist with other field-related tasks as required, such as weeding, irrigation support, or general farm maintenance.
