We are seeking a passionate and innovative E-learning Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and curating engaging educational content across various subjects and formats. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and interactive e-learning experiences. This position is perfect for someone with a strong pedagogical understanding, excellent writing skills, and a keen eye for detail, eager to make a significant impact on learners globally.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, courses, and digital learning materials from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
• Write, edit, and proofread clear, concise, and pedagogically sound content for various e-learning platforms.
• Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, video, audio) to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
• Apply instructional design principles to create interactive activities, assessments, and simulations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay current with e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve content delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance on all content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user experience.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in e-learning content creation or instructional design.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
