Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for Cvent’s virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, focusing on driving registration, engagement, and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event marketing, a keen understanding of the event lifecycle, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure successful event outcomes.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans for Cvent's portfolio of events, including webinars, trade shows, user conferences, and virtual summits.
• Manage event promotion channels, including email marketing, social media, content syndication, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Craft compelling event messaging and content to attract target audiences and drive registrations.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and pipeline conversion.
• Oversee event budget allocation and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and technology.
• Work closely with product marketing to highlight new features and solutions relevant to event attendees.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and optimizing campaign performance.
• Familiarity with event technology platforms.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with international event marketing.
• Knowledge of the German market and local event landscape.
• Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
• Experience with Cvent products or similar event management software.
