We are seeking a dedicated Factory Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in a dynamic production environment with a fast hiring process. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our flavour and fragrance component manufacturing. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Accurately record production data and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, embracing 5S principles.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of production lines.
• Perform packaging and labelling of finished products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures precisely.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for data recording.
