This role is crucial in supporting our international banking operations by providing insightful financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Support the annual budgeting process and strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support for specific projects.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by business needs.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced international environment.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• CFA designation or progress towards it.
• Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, German) is a plus.
• Experience in an international banking context.
