Join Agrana’s agricultural team as a Flax Farm Laborer. This vital role is centered around the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of flax crops, contributing directly to our sustainable supply chain. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Prepare soil for flax planting, including tilling, harrowing, and fertilizing according to agronomic plans.
• Assist with the precise planting of flax seeds, utilizing various farming equipment and techniques.
• Continuously monitor crop growth and health, identifying and promptly reporting any signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies.
• Perform essential crop maintenance tasks such as manual or mechanical weeding, targeted pest control applications, and managing irrigation systems.
• Safely operate and maintain a range of farm machinery and tools, ensuring they are in good working order before and after use.
• Actively participate in all stages of the flax harvesting process, ensuring efficiency and minimal crop loss.
• Assist with post-harvest activities, including initial processing, drying, and proper storage of flax to maintain quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all farm areas, equipment sheds, and tools.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, environmental protection guidelines, and agricultural best practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily tasks, progress, and any operational challenges.
