We are seeking a proactive and passionate Influencer Relations Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. This role is crucial for expanding our brand’s reach and engagement within the tech and professional communities. You will be instrumental in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key influencers who align with XING’s mission and values. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Identify and research relevant influencers, thought leaders, and content creators within the tech, professional development, and new work spaces.
• Develop and maintain a robust database of influencer contacts and engagement history.
• Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns from conception to reporting.
• Draft compelling outreach messages and proposals tailored to individual influencers.
• Coordinate content creation, review, and publication processes with influencers and internal teams.
• Monitor influencer content performance and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Assist in budget management for influencer campaigns and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Represent XING at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster new relationships.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or social media management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their respective influencer ecosystems.
• Proven ability to identify and engage with relevant influencers.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
