Join Fenaco Genossenschaft as a Pepper Farm Assistant in Sion, Valais. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality peppers. No prior experience with farming or knowledge of German is required; we provide full training and support to help you succeed. You will be an integral part of our farm team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the health and productivity of our pepper crops. This role requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting pepper crops.
• Perform general farm duties, including weeding, watering, and soil preparation.
• Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and report findings to supervisors.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (training provided).
• Help maintain farm cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Contribute to packaging and preparation of harvested peppers for distribution.
• Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily goals.
