We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Shopping Intern to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. This exciting internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury retail and personal styling. You will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced Personal Shoppers, specifically catering to our diverse international clientele, with a focus on English-speaking customers. This hands-on experience will allow you to develop skills in client relations, fashion curation, and operational support within a prestigious department store setting.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist Personal Shoppers with all aspects of client appointments, including preparation of styling suites, product selection, and post-appointment follow-up.
• Curate and prepare personalized fashion and product selections based on client profiles, preferences, and current trends.
• Manage and organize the personal shopping suites, ensuring a pristine and luxurious environment for clients.
• Support administrative tasks such as maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing invoices.
• Act as a primary point of contact for English-speaking clients, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and seamless shopping experience.
• Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends, new arrivals, and designer collections.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating client needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong passion for fashion, luxury retail, and an understanding of current trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
