We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Planner – Factory Logistics to join our dynamic team in Wels, Upper Austria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our production schedules and logistics flows to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including production, purchasing, and sales, to forecast demand, plan material requirements, and manage inventory levels effectively. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, taking into account capacity constraints, material availability, and customer demand.
• Monitor production progress against plans, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover while minimizing storage costs and avoiding stockouts.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and lead times.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to incorporate sales forecasts into production planning.
• Oversee the logistics flow within the factory, from inbound materials to outbound finished goods.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and logistics efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing overall operational excellence.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Production Planner or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certification in production and inventory management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in the renewable energy or welding technology industry.
