Are you a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition professional looking for a fully remote opportunity? SAP is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, contributing directly to SAP’s growth and success. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management, all while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from initial intake meetings to offer negotiation and closing.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and track progress.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics and pipeline status.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
