DHL Supply Chain in Köln (Ehrenfeld) is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Aisle Sweepers. This is a crucial role that ensures our facility remains clean, safe, and organized, directly contributing to our operational efficiency and the well-being of our team. No prior experience is required – we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute. English proficiency is a plus, as we operate in a diverse, international environment.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Operate industrial sweeping and cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness of warehouse aisles, floors, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials according to company procedures.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a clean and productive work environment.
- Perform other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
