We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Renewable Energy Engineer to join our Green Tech division in Schaffhausen. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge renewable energy projects, focusing primarily on solar, wind, and hydropower solutions. You will contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and concept generation to implementation and post-launch analysis, ensuring our projects are efficient, sustainable, and meet all regulatory standards. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new renewable energy projects.
• Design and develop innovative solar, wind, and hydropower systems, including component selection and system integration.
• Perform energy yield assessments and technical due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, environmental specialists, and regulatory experts.
• Monitor project performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate new green technologies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide technical support during the construction, commissioning, and operational phases of projects.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in renewable energy system design software (e.g., PVsyst, WindPRO, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of electrical grids, power electronics, and energy storage systems.
• Familiarity with relevant international and local energy regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy project development or engineering.
• Knowledge of grid integration challenges and solutions for renewable energy.
• Experience with financial modeling and economic analysis of energy projects.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
