Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our growing global team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be instrumental in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will leverage various prospecting tools and techniques to engage potential customers, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how HubSpot’s solutions can help them grow better. This role is perfect for someone with a strong desire to start or advance their career in B2B sales, who is eager to learn, and passionate about helping businesses succeed.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential customers (SMB to Mid-Market businesses) through various channels including email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them until they are ready for a sales conversation.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities in our CRM (HubSpot CRM, of course!).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
  • Continuously learn about HubSpot products, industry trends, and sales best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales principles.

  • 6+ months of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role.
  • Experience with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
