Join Strabag SE as a Scaffolder in our English-speaking crew, based in Hamm-Mitte. We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to contribute to various construction projects across the region. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading construction company on diverse and challenging projects, collaborating with an international team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Inspect scaffolding components for defects and ensure proper storage.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and local regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and site personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in scaffolding, preferably with system scaffolding.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety and health regulations.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work at heights.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for clear communication.
• Valid scaffolder certification or equivalent qualification.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with various scaffolding systems (e.g., Layher, Peri, Hünnebeck).
• Valid driving license (Class B or higher).
• First Aid certification.
• Basic German language skills are a plus, but not required for this English-speaking crew.
