Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our innovative engineering team in Krems an der Donau. As a key player in our tech scale-up environment, you will be instrumental in guiding our development teams towards higher levels of agility and performance. You will champion agile principles, facilitate effective scrum ceremonies, coach team members, and help remove impediments, ensuring our teams can deliver high-quality software efficiently and continuously. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere and is eager to contribute to scaling agile practices across multiple teams.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively and with impact.
• Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments, protecting the team from external distractions and ensuring continuous progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, transparency, and accountability within the teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-refined and prioritized product backlog.
• Support the implementation and scaling of agile practices across multiple teams and departments.
• Monitor and report on team metrics and progress, identifying areas for optimization.
• Act as a change agent, helping to transform traditional mindsets towards agile ways of working.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proven experience with agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Strong understanding of agile principles and values.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to impediment removal.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II) or Agile Coach certifications.
• Experience working in a rapidly growing tech scale-up or startup.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Technical background in software development or QA.
• Experience with distributed or hybrid teams.
