We are seeking dedicated and motivated Turmeric Harvesting Operatives to join our agricultural team in Leoben, Styria. This is a full-time, on-site position focusing on the careful and efficient harvesting of turmeric crops. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively in an outdoor agricultural environment. As an English-speaking operative, you will play a crucial role in our diverse team, ensuring clear communication and adherence to our high quality and safety standards during the harvest season. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of turmeric rhizomes according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Operate basic hand tools and potentially light machinery safely and efficiently.
• Sort, clean, and prepare harvested turmeric for transport and processing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the harvesting area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
