We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic English-speaking digital agency team in Geneva. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences and interfaces for a diverse range of digital products and services. Working closely with strategists, developers, and clients, you will translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centric designs that drive business value. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both from our modern Geneva office and remotely.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex user needs into simple and intuitive design solutions.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience designing for enterprise-level clients or complex systems.
