We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent (Student Worker) to join our Market Analysis team. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial services industry, focusing on market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence. You will support our analysts in gathering, processing, and interpreting market data, contributing to strategic decision-making. Proficiency in German is NOT required for this role, making it accessible to international students or those with strong English communication skills. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Einsiedeln office.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in collecting and analyzing market data from various sources, including financial reports, industry publications, and economic indicators.
• Support the team in preparing market research reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Maintain and update internal databases with relevant market information.
• Collaborate with senior analysts on special projects related to market segmentation and product performance.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on market developments.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
