We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Werkstudent (Student Worker) to join our Radio Programming team. You will support our programming specialists in various tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a leading public broadcaster. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the research and curation of music, sound effects, and audio clips for various radio programs.
• Support the scheduling and preparation of program segments and playlists.
• Help manage and organize digital audio assets and databases.
• Contribute to quality control of broadcast material, ensuring technical standards are met.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new program ideas and content development.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the programming team.
• Learn and utilize industry-standard radio automation software.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Media Studies, Communications, IT, Music Production).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (no German required).
• Strong interest in radio, music, and media production.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
