Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented student with a passion for music and intellectual property? Universal Music Group is looking for a Working Student to join our Music Licensing team in Kloten, Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic music industry, supporting critical licensing operations. While our office is based in Switzerland, this role requires no German language skills as the working language within our international team is English. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to the efficient management of our vast music catalog’s licensing data. This hybrid position offers flexibility to balance your studies with meaningful work.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the accurate input and maintenance of licensing data within our internal systems.
• Support the review of licensing agreements and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Conduct research on copyright ownership, usage rights, and related intellectual property matters.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders regarding licensing activities.
• Communicate effectively with various internal departments in English to ensure smooth workflow.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation related to music licensing contracts.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Media Studies, Music Management).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated interest in the music industry, copyright, or intellectual property.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
