Are you a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in Marketing & Public Relations within a leading energy and telecommunications company? EWE AG is seeking a dedicated Working Student (Werkstudent) to join our Marketing & PR team in Oldenburg. This paid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting campaigns, support our communication efforts, and learn from experienced professionals. You will play an integral part in promoting our brand, products, and sustainable initiatives across various channels.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Assist in content creation for press releases, social media, website articles, and internal communications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help organize and coordinate PR events, press conferences, and internal company gatherings.
• Manage and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1 level minimum for German).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Initial experience with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.

• Previous internship or working student experience in Marketing or PR.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
