Are you passionate about live events and eager to gain practical experience in event production? Habegger AG is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Production Intern to join our team in Zofingen. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of event planning and execution, working alongside seasoned professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of event production, from technical setup to logistical coordination, contributing to the success of diverse projects.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist the production team in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate events, conferences, and public spectacles.
• Support with logistical tasks, such as material preparation, equipment inventory, and venue coordination.
• Help with on-site setup and breakdown of technical equipment (sound, lighting, video, staging).
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare event documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the event production team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for event enhancements.
