Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Web Developer to join our agile development team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that power our international e-commerce platform. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and operation, contributing to both front-end and back-end components. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced international start-up environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our product and user experience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality software and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth operation of our platforms.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions for our evolving tech stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong experience with a front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Solid understanding of Node.js and back-end development principles
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests
