We are seeking a professional and vigilant Bouncer / Door Staff member to join our dynamic team at Club Cubique, a leading English-speaking club in Innsbruck. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and tact.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Verify identification and ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
• Manage crowd flow and control entry/exit points efficiently.
• Enforce club policies and house rules respectfully and firmly.
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve disputes calmly and effectively.
• Monitor the club premises for any suspicious activities or potential safety hazards.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter disruptive behavior.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with management and staff to maintain a secure and positive atmosphere.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities if necessary.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and assertive in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and capability to stand for extended periods.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of basic security protocols and conflict de-escalation techniques.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a bouncer, door supervisor, or in a security role in a nightlife setting.
• Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., Bewachungsgewerbe in Austria).
• First Aid and/or CPR certification.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to clubs and alcohol service.
• Ability to speak additional languages (e.g., German) is a plus.
