We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Prompt Engineer to join our fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the performance and output quality of our cutting-edge AI models. You will design, test, and refine prompts to elicit precise, coherent, and contextually relevant responses, directly influencing the user experience and efficacy of our AI-powered products. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems to achieve specific outcomes.
• Conduct systematic testing and evaluation of prompts, analyzing model outputs for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and safety.
• Iterate on prompt designs based on performance metrics, user feedback, and evolving AI capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate prompt engineering best practices into development lifecycles.
• Document prompt designs, testing methodologies, and performance results.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks for prompt management and evaluation.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve underlying AI model architectures based on prompt engineering findings.
