Are you passionate about education, technology, and creating engaging learning experiences? PwC Switzerland is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-learning Development Intern to join our dynamic Learning & Development team in Zurich. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of high-quality e-learning modules for our diverse workforce. You will work alongside experienced instructional designers and subject matter experts, gaining hands-on experience with modern e-learning authoring tools and methodologies. We welcome candidates with a strong command of English, eager to learn and make a tangible impact on our internal training landscape.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the design and development of interactive e-learning modules and digital learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) to build engaging courses.
• Support the integration of multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) into learning materials.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing of e-learning courses.
• Help manage and update existing e-learning content on our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Research and recommend new e-learning technologies and best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with at least one e-learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic video editing skills.
• Prior experience in an office environment or with corporate training.
• Knowledge of an additional Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian) is a plus.
