We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as an Onion Field Worker. This entry-level position is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and are eager to contribute to the agricultural process. While prior experience is a plus, it is not required – we welcome candidates who are willing to learn and have a good work ethic. Basic English communication skills are essential for team coordination and understanding instructions. You will be an integral part of our onion cultivation, from planting to harvest, ensuring the highest quality produce reaches our customers.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to onion cultivation, including planting, weeding, and thinning.
• Assist with the harvesting of onions, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
• Sort, grade, and pack harvested onions according to quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
• Contribute to general field maintenance and cleanliness.
